15. Remove the scallion and ginger slices from the soup.

16. Then add some shredded fresh ginger, shredded green onion, and chicken powder.

17. Pour in an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar. Finally, pour the fish soup into the soup bowl with the fish head, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and serve.
