How to make colored mousse

1. Prepare all the materials

2. Soak the gelatin powder in 50 grams of cold boiled water and stir evenly for later use

3. Crush the digestive biscuits with a food processor and put them in a large bowl for later use

4. Melt the butter in water

5. Pour the melted butter into the digestive biscuits and mix well.

6. Spread the mixed digestive biscuits on the bottom of the six-inch mold, press it down and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

7. Melt the soaked gelatin powder in water

8. Put the yogurt into a bowl, then pour in the melted gelatin and stir evenly.

9. Beat the whipped cream and sugar powder until it is about 70% to 80% thick and has lines.

10. Pour the whipped cream into the yogurt and stir evenly.

11. This is the mixed mousse paste

12. Use disposable cups to divide the mousse paste into five equal portions.

13. Add red, blue, green and yellow pigments to the other four portions and stir evenly.

14. Take the six-inch mold out of the refrigerator, pour the white mousse paste into it and gently lift the mold and shake it slowly to make the mousse evenly distributed on the entire bottom.

15. Pick up the red mousse and pour it slowly from the middle until all the mousse is poured.

16. Then pour the yellow mousse slowly from the middle

17. Pour the blue mousse from the middle

18. Finally, pour in the green mousse. If there are small bubbles after pouring everything in, remember not to shake it. Just poke them with a toothpick. Finally, put it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours. I put it overnight.

19. Take out the mold the next day, blow around the cake mold with a hair dryer, then hold the bottom with your hand and lift it up.
