How to make hamburger buns

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and you’re done. It’s that easy to make hamburger buns.

1. Put the liquids (water, eggs, melted butter) into the bread bucket, put sugar in one corner of the bucket, salt in the other corner, and pour in the flour.

2. Dig a hole in the middle of the flour, pour in the yeast, start the kneading function for 40 to 50 minutes, then switch to the fermentation function for one hour. When the dough is 2.5 times larger, use the kneading function to exhaust the air and take it out to shape.

4. Put it in the oven, set the upper and lower fire to 65 degrees for secondary fermentation in the middle layer, put a bowl of cold water in the bottom layer of the oven, and take it out when it is 2.5 times larger.

5. Mix the whole egg with a little water, brush a layer of egg liquid on the bread, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds or oatmeal. Preheat the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes on the middle layer, then take it out and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes on the other side.
