How to make twice-cooked pork with black bean sauce and tea tree mushroom

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut off the roots of the tea tree mushroom with scissors

3. Soak in water for a while

4. Prepare a pot of water and put the pork belly in to cook (cooking is to remove the odor and also to shorten the cooking time when frying at the end)

5. After cooking, remove from the water, cut into slices for later use (the pig skin can be left or not, as it will produce oil when frying)

6. Remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut it into small pieces. Wash the garlic, ginger and black beans with water and set aside.

7. Pour a little oil into the hot pan and heat it up. Add the pork and fry until both sides are golden brown and the fat is fried out (if there is pork skin left, be careful not to spill the oil)

8. Use a spatula to shovel the pork aside, leaving only a little oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant

9. Add tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry

10. Add salt, soy sauce and a little sugar and stir fry

11. Finally, add the green pepper, add a little water and simmer for a while, stir-fry and serve.
