HOME Spicy hotpot recipe

It is a must-have for office workers. It is a nutritious and delicious dish. If you are tired of eating in restaurants, you might as well cook it yourself and enjoy the delicious food.

1. Wash all vegetables, cut into thin slices or small pieces, and blanch in water until 80% cooked.

2. Smash the garlic, chop the onion, ginger and chili pepper

3. Cut the eggs in half and cut the Cantonese sweet sausage into thick slices.

4. Pour salad oil into the pot and heat it to 80%, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

5. After the aroma comes out, add the hot pot base and continue to stir fry

6. Add the blanched vegetables and Cantonese sweet sausage into the pot and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove from the pot and place on a plate. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and coriander. The spicy hot pot is ready.

Remember to control the heat when making HOME spicy hotpot, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
