How to make pork and sauerkraut vermicelli

Pork and sauerkraut vermicelli is a dish rich in nutritional value. It is easy to prepare, and the dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious. The taste is neither salty nor bland, just right. 1. Wash the sauerkraut repeatedly and squeeze it dry for later use

2. Put the pork into the pot and boil it, remove the blood foam and set aside the soup

3. Cut the cooked meat into thin slices and set aside

4. Soak the vermicelli in warm water and set aside

5. Heat the pan until the oil is 70% hot and sauté the seasonings.

6. Add pickled cabbage and stir fry
