How to cook sauerkraut braised beef

I believe that many people in life like the dish of braised peeled beef with sauerkraut. The steps in the cooking process seem simple, but every detail should be taken seriously. You can add fresh orange peel, appropriate amount of brown sugar, and ginger. It is also a recipe that can relieve diseases. Friends can try it in the kitchen themselves!

1. Wash the peeled fish and drain the water

2. Wash and cut the pickled cabbage into small pieces for later use

3. Chop ginger, red pepper and celery for later use

4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the drained fish and fry until both sides are golden brown (if you like to eat it original, you can skip the frying step and simmer it directly with pickled cabbage and shredded ginger)

5. After the fish is fried until both sides are golden brown, add a bowl of water and shredded ginger and pickled cabbage

6. Cover the pot and simmer for about six minutes. Add one tablespoon of soy sauce for coloring and chicken essence for seasoning. Sprinkle with red pepper and celery and simmer for another minute.
