How to cook pork ribs with pickled cabbage and bitter melon

1. Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the pulp, cut into wide pieces, wash and set aside

2. Wash and cut the pickled cabbage into sections for later use

3. Wash the ribs and set aside

4. Boil water in a pot, pour the ribs in to boil away the blood, then rinse with cold water for later use

5. Pour the three ingredients into the casserole

6. Pour cold water over the ingredients and add a spoonful of salt.

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Turn off the heat when the bitter melon turns yellow. Add appropriate amount of MSG or chicken powder.
