Speaking of cooking, don’t forget homemade pizza. It is a very easy dish to make. Onions and ginger are indispensable, and yam powder is needed as seasoning. After it is made, it can be cooked with various ingredients. It tastes very delicious. Friends who like to eat meat can eat it as much as they want without worrying about obesity. 1. Put all the pizza crust ingredients except corn oil into the bread bucket, first the liquid and then the powder. Place the salt and sugar diagonally, and make a hole in the middle for the yeast. 2. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add 40g corn oil and continue kneading for 20 minutes. 3. Knead into a smooth dough and place it directly in a bread bucket to ferment. (You can knead it into a film or not.) 4. Ferment until it is twice as large as before. Fermentation is complete if a finger does not shrink when inserted. 5. Knead a few times to release air, then divide into five equal parts, each dough is about 168g, and relax for a few minutes. 6. Roll the dough into a round shape with thick edges and thin in the middle. 7. Move to an eight-inch baking pan, press the edges, and use a fork to randomly poke some holes in the bottom. A larger fork is easier to maneuver. 8. The pizza dough is ready. 9. Complete the other doughs one by one. A total of five eight-inch pizza bases were made. Pad the excess dough with wax paper, overlap it, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it in the refrigerator. 10. Prepare materials. Cut the pork belly into thin slices. (I didn’t have bacon, chicken, or seafood at home, so I used pork belly instead.) 11. Cut the ginger into shreds and chop the garlic. Marinate the chopped pork belly with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic for a few hours. It can be marinated before making the pizza crust. 12. Prepare the ingredients. Buy ready-made pizza sauce, shred the lettuce and blanch the corn kernels in advance, and dice the ham. (The materials are random, just use whatever you have at home) 13. Brush a layer of oil on the pizza dough. 14. Spread pizza sauce. 15. Sprinkle with a little shredded cheese. 16. Put it into the preheated oven on the middle layer at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. 17. Take out the baking tray. The cheese is now melted and the crust is slightly cooked. 18. Add the marinated pork belly slices. 19. Put it into the oven and continue to bake at 200 degrees in the middle layer for 10 minutes. (Because the meat is raw, you can grill it first. Of course, you can also stir it in the pan a few times to make it half-cooked in advance, which is more convenient and you can skip this step.) 20. Take out the baking tray, brush the edge with egg yolk liquid (this step can be omitted just to make the color look better), and sprinkle with corn kernels. 21. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of shredded lettuce. The principle is to put a layer of vegetables and then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese. The amount of shredded mozzarella cheese is determined by the individual. If you like it, put more, otherwise put less. 22. Sprinkle in the diced ham and finally spread a thick layer of shredded cheese on the surface. 23. Put it into the oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. 24. Remove from the oven. If you like the cheese to be browned, you can add one or two minutes to the baking time. 25. Cut into pieces and enjoy. The pulling effect is very good, and the dough is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious! Homemade pizza is easy to make and can be prepared in no time.
