How to make milky pizza crust (homemade pizza crust)

Nowadays, many people have lost interest in cooking. In addition to being too busy at work, another big reason is that the cooking process is too complicated. In fact, the method of making creamy pizza dough (homemade pizza crust) is very simple and requires not many steps. As long as you are not too stupid, you can learn it quickly.

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Weigh the proportions. 150g high flour, 50g low flour, 125g milk, 20g olive oil, 6g yeast, 5g salt, and 10g sugar.

3. Put all ingredients except milk into a large bowl.

4. Heat the milk until it is slightly boiling. Pour the milk into a bowl.

5. Use a spatula to mix evenly.

6. Use your hands to knead it into a smooth dough.

7. Cover the kneaded dough with a wet cloth or wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment. I put it directly into the oven and use the fermentation function to ferment. (Generally, fermentation for one to two hours is sufficient without the aid of tools.)

8. When the dough has fermented to twice its size, dip your finger in dry flour and poke a hole in it. It is ready as long as it does not collapse or fall back.

9. Take out the dough and knead it for a while to release the air. Divide it into two small doughs and relax them for about 10 minutes.

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a pizza pan-sized dough.

11. Brush a layer of oil on the pizza pan.

12. Put the dough into the pizza pan and press it into a dough that is slightly thicker around the edges and thinner in the middle.

13. Use a small fork to evenly poke some small holes on the dough.

14. The pizza dough is ready.

15. Put it in the oven and bake at 150℃ for 8 minutes. Take it out. This process is mainly for preservation. (The following two steps can be omitted. Because I need to make a few more to keep, I bake them in the oven for a while after making them, so that they can be fixed and stored. This process is not required for eating directly, just make it and eat it now)

16. After cooling, you can put it in the refrigerator or freezer for storage.

17. The pizza base has a milky flavor. It is fragrant and delicious. The taste is so good that I bought it. Put your favorite ingredients on the pizza.

The method of making creamy pizza base (homemade pizza crust) is a dish that can be completed in a short time. It is convenient and simple to make and is definitely a favorite of those who are not good at cooking. Take action immediately and enjoy the taste enjoyment brought by simple deliciousness.
