6. Add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, add rice wine, stir-fry evenly over high heat;

7. Pour hot water to cover the meat, add salt, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for more than half an hour;

8. Before eating, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, sprinkle some chopped green onions, stir-fry evenly and serve.
