1. Ingredients: sauerkraut, vermicelli, lean pork, pepper, onion, ginger, dried red pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, starch, cooking oil, salt, chicken stock

2. Rinse the pickled sauerkraut with clean water, cut it into strips with a knife, squeeze out the water from the cut sauerkraut with your hands, and shake the squeezed sauerkraut with your hands.

3. Chop the green onion and ginger into fine pieces, and cut the dried red pepper into sections

4. Blanch the vermicelli in boiling water and set aside. I used sweet potato vermicelli.

5. Cut the lean pork into strips, add salt, sesame oil, homemade meat powder and starch and marinate for a while

6. Put oil in the pan, add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry until they change color, then set aside

7. Add oil to the pan, add pepper, onion, ginger and dried red pepper and fry until fragrant

8. Add pickled cabbage and stir fry for a while

9. Add the fried lean pork and stir fry evenly

10. Add vermicelli and stir fry for two minutes

11. Add a little soy sauce

12. Add salt and chicken essence

13. Season to taste.
