How to make marble cheesecake

Although eating out can save a lot of trouble, food hygiene cannot be guaranteed after all. It is not worth it if it harms your health. Therefore, it is necessary to learn to cook at home. The method of making marble cheesecake is very simple and you can learn it quickly even if you have no basic knowledge.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white in two containers without oil or water

3. Beat the egg whites 3 times, add 50 grams of sugar and beat until a small hook appears.

4. Beat the egg yolks with an electric whisk for 1 minute

5. Add 80g peanut milk, 30g oil and 3 to 5 drops of vanilla extract to the egg yolk, mix well, then sift in 90g low flour and stir with a rubber spatula until there are no particles.

6. For a delicate taste, I always sieve the egg yolk paste through a fine sieve (optional)

7. Add one third of the beaten egg white to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly, then pour in the remaining egg white and stir evenly.

8. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan and leave a little for making patterns.

9. Sift 5 grams of cocoa powder into the remaining original color cake batter, mix well and put it into the piping bag for later use

10. Cut a small hole in the piping bag and squeeze parallel lines evenly.

11. Use a toothpick to pull out strips of patterns vertically

13. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 15 minutes. Insert a toothpick and there should be no moisture.

14. Lay the plastic wrap with the pattern facing down

15. Squeeze pineapple sauce on top and spread evenly with the back of a spoon

16. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to set.

17. Remove the plastic wrap and cut into sections.
