Naked Cake Recipe

A bowl of fragrant naked cake is sure to make you salivate, and it is not difficult to make. The key to this dish is that the ingredients must be fresh and the cooking time must be well controlled. Add the local unique onion oil, and you will definitely want to eat it every day. Reminder: You can add some light soy sauce when making it, the color will look better.

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into oil-free and water-free containers!

2. Add 20 grams of sugar, 40 grams of corn oil, and 50 grams of milk to the egg yolk and mix well!

3. Add sifted low flour and cocoa powder to the evenly stirred egg yolks and mix well to form cocoa paste!

4. Add white sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until soft. Add two drops of white vinegar in the middle. Beat the egg whites until dry foam forms and the whisk has pointed corners when you lift it.

5. Add the egg whites to the cocoa paste in batches and stir evenly before adding the next batch!

6. Pour the mixed cake batter into an eight-inch mold, shake out the bubbles, put it into the preheated oven, and bake at 120 degrees for 50 minutes! (If a toothpick inserted into it comes out without any stickiness, it is cooked)

7. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack upside down to cool and remove from the mold!

8. After cooling, cut the cake into three even slices!

9. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the whipped cream and beat until textured!

10. Place the washed strawberries on the bottom layer of the cake and squeeze cream on them!

11. The same goes for the second floor!

12. Decorate the top of the third layer a little bit!
