Egg, Kelp and Shrimp Soup

raw material:

3 eggs, 150g kelp, 60g shrimp, 10g ginger, and appropriate amounts of green onion, pepper, cooking oil, MSG, and salt.

1. Soak the kelp and shrimp in clean water and wash them separately. Wash the green onion and ginger separately. Cut the kelp into strips and cut the ginger into shreds. Set aside.
