1. Beat the egg yolk into a bowl without water or oil, add flour, milk, sugar and stir gently to make a batter for later use.

2. Put the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free bowl and beat with an electric whisk until they become coarse bubbles. Add salt and white vinegar and beat until they become thick. Add sugar three times and beat until the whisk has a sharp right angle.

3. Pour one third of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and stir, then pour another one third and stir, and finally pour the stirred egg yolk into the egg white all at once and stir evenly.

4. Preheat the oven. Pour the batter into the baking pan with the small paper cups and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

5. When the time is up, take out the baking tray and let it cool.

6. Eat one at a time and it feels delicious
