How to make spicy wontons

1. Prepare the ingredients

5. Add the chopped green onion and mix well.

6. Prepare a wonton wrapper and put the filling in the middle

9. Just pinch the two corners together.

10. These are the wrapped wontons.

11. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water boils, put the wontons in and cook them. Use a spatula to stir them during the cooking process to prevent them from sticking to the pot.

12. While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Prepare a bowl, pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce, aged vinegar, sesame oil, chopped pepper and salt, and stir evenly.

13. Take out the cooked wontons

14. When eating, pour the seasoning directly on top and stir evenly.

15. There is another way. Put some oil in the pan, and when the pan is hot, add the chopped pepper and fry it for a while.

16. Then add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, but not too much water. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and vinegar chicken essence
