1. Prepare the filling first: mince the pork, add a little cooking wine and pepper, mince the green onion and ginger, break the corn kernels, and cut the carrots, water chestnuts, and cucumbers into small pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and scallion (put all ginger and keep half scallion) and sauté until fragrant. Add minced meat and fry until it changes color.

3. Add corn kernels, carrots, water chestnuts, and cucumbers and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce for seasoning. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onions and mix well. Turn off the heat and leave on a plate. The filling is ready.

6. Open the lid, knead the flour into a ball with your hands, add a small spoonful of cooking oil and continue kneading it into a smooth dough. No need to let it rise.

7. Divide the dough into small balls of even size. Take a small ball, flatten it in the palm of your hand, and then use your hands to knead it into a dumpling skin shape. Because the dough has no toughness, it cannot be rolled with a rolling pin, so it is a little troublesome.

12. Serve and enjoy
