How to make mushroom and egg yolk spiced rice dumplings

5.2 Crack the egg yolks and cut each into two halves.

6.1 Boil the zongzi leaves in water and clean them. Take the leaves and wrap the seasoned rice in them, then add the egg yolk and mushrooms. Tie tightly with rope.

7.2 Soak the mushrooms in water overnight. Take them out in the morning, squeeze out the water, cut into slices, and season with oil and salt.

8. Put appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker and put the rice dumplings in. Cook for about 1 to 2 hours. Be careful not to let the water in the pot boil dry.

9. When it is cooked, you can take out a rice dumpling, open it and see if it is ready.

10. The inside of this rice dumpling is not cooked thoroughly enough, it will be better if you cook it for a while longer.

11. After the rice dumplings have cooled, they can be boiled in water or cut into pieces and fried. The taste is good too.
