How to steam cupcakes (without oven)

1. Prepare the ingredients: 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 40 grams of fine sugar, 3 eggs, 15 grams of corn oil, a little salt, and a few drops of white vinegar.

2. Beat the eggs and put them in an oil-free and salt-free plate. Add the sugar to the eggs all at once.

3. Add a few drops of white vinegar, four or five drops are enough. Lemon juice can be used instead to remove the fishy smell.

4. Start beating the eggs with an electric whisk on medium setting.

5. After playing for about two minutes, the state becomes more delicate.

6. After beating for about four minutes, the color becomes lighter, the egg liquid does not drip quickly when the whisk is lifted, and the dripping egg liquid does not disappear quickly, which means it is well beaten.

7. Sift in flour.

8. Add corn oil and a pinch of salt.

9. Use a spatula to stir evenly, stirring up and down like cooking (do not stir in circles).

10. Stir until there are no dry powder particles.

11. Prepare the mold for steaming egg tarts. If you don’t have one, use two paper cups together (otherwise the steam will wet the bottom of the cup).

12. Pour the egg batter into paper cake cups, just enough for 5 cups.

13. Boil the water in the pot in advance, put the cake on it, cover it with a lid, and steam it over high heat for 10 minutes.

14. The appearance of steamed buns (do not open the lid in the middle, otherwise it will not rise well. My child couldn’t wait to open the lid to take a look, which resulted in it not rising well).
