Three cup shrimp recipe

A healthy body is not inevitable, and each of us needs to learn to cherish it. If we want to be healthy, we must eat healthily. Eating out may not guarantee health. Therefore, it is wiser to cook it yourself. The method of three-cup shrimp is simple and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Chop onion into shreds, peel and decap garlic, cut red pepper into rings, slice ginger, and wash basil for later use. Put rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar into a bowl and mix well.

2. Cut off the shrimp claws and antennae of the shrimp, use scissors to cut along the shrimp back along the junction of the shrimp head to the tail, use a toothpick to remove the sand line, wash and drain for later use.

3. When the garlic turns golden, add onion and diced red pepper and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Pour three tablespoons (45 ml) of sesame oil into a cold pan, heat over medium heat until 50% cooked, add ginger and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add shrimps into the pan and stir-fry evenly until they change color.

6. Pour the freshly prepared juice into the pot and stir well. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for a while until the sauce thickens slightly, allowing the shrimp to fully absorb the sauce.

7. Add a handful of basil and stir slightly, cover and simmer for a while. Before turning off the heat, drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon (15ml) of black sesame oil and that’s it!

8. Enjoy the delicious prawns!

Three-cup shrimp is an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. It only requires simple steaming and adding seasonings that suit your taste before serving.
