8. When the egg whites have obvious fine lines, add 20 grams of fine sugar and beat the egg whites for the third time.

9. Make the egg heads in advance, and if they have small curved corners, the egg whites are beaten well.

10. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them into the egg yolks and mix well.

11. Pour the egg yolk and egg white paste into the remaining egg whites and stir evenly from bottom to top.

12. Fold the mixed cake batter.

13. Pour into a large paper cup, preheat the oven to 150°C, and bake for 30 minutes.

14. The chubby cocoa cupcakes are out of the oven.
