How to make a double layer naked cake

Double-layer naked cake is a dish that many people can make. It does not require complicated ingredients. Simple household items such as rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea can be used to prepare an exquisite and delicious dish. If you add a bowl of soup to this dish, the effect will definitely be better. You don’t need to add too much salt, just a light vegetable aroma is fine.

1. Prepare the materials. Eight-inch cocoa chiffon cake (refer to the previous recipe for the method), blueberries, cherries, light cream, powdered sugar, and rum.

2. Wash the cherries and remove the pits with a straw as shown in the picture.

3. Remove the pits from some of the cherries and leave the rest whole. Wash the blueberries.

4. Divide the cocoa chiffon cake into two slices in the middle.

5. Use a small mold to press out two cake slices from one of the slices as shown in the picture.

6. Add a little rum to the whipped cream.

7. Add powdered sugar.

8. Beat with an electric whisk at low speed until obvious lines appear.

9. Put some cream into the piping bag with the selected piping tip.

10. Take a piece of cake and spread the whipped cream on it. Since I don’t really eat cream, I just applied a thin layer.

11. Use a piping nozzle to squeeze out flower patterns around the cake. Because I don't do it often, I'm not very good at it.

12. Place the blueberries and pitted cherries on the cream alternately.

13. Cover with the cake ring you just made. Then squeeze some butter into the hollow space.

14. Add some blueberries and cherries. Then put the small cake slice you just made back in its original place.

15. Pipe buttercream flowers on the outermost layer of the cake. Garnish with cherries and blueberries.

16. Sift some powdered sugar.

17. Garnish with a few mint leaves. The beautiful fruit double layer naked cake is ready.
