How to cook shrimp

Prawns are a type of shrimp and are also a food ingredient with relatively high nutritional value. In daily life, many people will buy some prawns and make them into different dishes for consumption. In fact, there are many ways to eat shrimps. For example, fried shrimps with jade, shrimps with cashews, and fried eggs with shrimps are all common ways to cook shrimps. 1. Fried shrimp with emerald greens

Ingredients: 175 grams of shrimp, 100 grams of cucumber, 30 grams of vegetable oil, 4 milliliters of cooking wine, 1 gram of MSG, 2 grams of salt, 0.1 grams of pepper, 5 grams of starch, 6 grams of egg white, and 100 grams of soup.

Production:

1. Wash the shrimps, remove the mud intestines, drain the water, add salt, MSG, egg white, pepper and starch to coat.

2. Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into diamond-shaped dices.

3. Mix salt, MSG, cooking wine, water starch and soup into juice.

4. Pour oil into the pan, add shrimps when it is 60% hot and stir-fry, add cucumber cubes when cooked, pour in the prepared juice, stir well and serve.

Features: White clouds and emerald green, with a smooth, tender and salty taste.

2. Cashew Shrimp

Ingredients: shrimp, diced cucumber, water chestnut slices, baby corn, cashews.

1) Pour water into a wok, add shrimps, water chestnut slices and baby corn after the water boils, cook until the shrimps turn red and are 80% cooked. Don’t cook the cucumber for a long time. Add it when the shrimps are almost done and cook it briefly.

2) Find a small bowl, put about two tablespoons of hot water in it, add salt, MSG and sugar and mix well, add a little cornstarch and stir well. As for how much cornstarch and hot water to put, it depends on how many dishes you want to cook. This ratio is difficult to adjust. For example, if you put too much cornstarch, when you pour it into the pot to season the dish, the problem is likely to be that the water in the dish becomes paste, but the dish still does not taste good enough. The purpose of cornstarch is to make a thin layer of paste on the outside of the dish, because shrimps themselves do not absorb much flavor, and it depends on the layer of paste on the outside to have flavor.

3) Add oil to a wok, add sour sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour the cooked vegetables into the wok and stir-fry twice. Since the vegetables are already cooked, do not stir-fry for too long. Pour the prepared flavors into the wok and stir-fry. After the vegetables are evenly flavored, sprinkle with cashews and serve.

3. Shrimp and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients: 100g fresh shrimp, 4 eggs, 10g chopped green onion, 3g salt, 15g chopped chives

2. Pour oil into the pan and add shrimps when it is 60% hot.

3. Beat the eggs, add salt and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the egg liquid

Add shrimp and chopped chives and stir fry evenly. Remove from the pan and serve.
