1. Prepare all the ingredients. Weigh the required amount of butter and let it soften at room temperature. Beat the large egg and weigh out 30-35g of it. Keep the rest for the egg wash at the end.

2. Put all the ingredients except butter into a bowl. Keep yeast and salt separate. Then put it into a food processor or bread machine to knead the dough, or you can knead it by hand. After the flour is kneaded into a ball, put it on the table and rub the flour. After 5 minutes, add butter and continue kneading. After about 20 minutes, the film will be formed.

3. Check the flour after 10 minutes to see if it has formed a film. If it looks like the picture, it is done.

4. Knead it into a ball with your hands and put it in a bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment.

5. Ferment until the volume is 2.5 times larger than the original volume. Dip your hand in flour and poke a hole to check. If it does not collapse or shrink, the fermentation is complete.

6. After the dough is deflated, divide it into nine parts, roll it into smooth balls, cover it with plastic wrap and let the sugar rise for 20 minutes.

7. After 0 minutes, take a dough and roll it into a cow tongue shape.

8. Roll it up vertically as shown in the picture. Use the same method to make the remaining 8 doughs into one dough.

9. Take three pieces of dough, pinch them tightly and turn them, then stuff them behind the dough and secure them.

10. Tie the braids into a pigtail, stacking one piece on top of another, with the closed end of each piece of dough facing down.

11. Pinch the last three pieces of dough tightly and hide the opening behind the dough.

12. Repeat steps 9-11 to braid the remaining two strands. Place on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven and press the fermentation button to let it ferment for the second time.

13. When the dough has fermented to twice its original size, brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

14. Place in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 17 minutes.

15. Ding! The fragrant bread is out of the oven!

16. When the baking tray is no longer hot, move the bread to the drying rack. Wait until the bread is cool, then put it into the bag and seal it.

17. Look at the way the bread is drawn. The soft and delicious yogurt braided bread is done.
