3. While the bread is fermenting, prepare the mochi ingredients. Mix all ingredients well and put in microwave on high for 40 seconds

4. Take it out and stir evenly. Repeat this step again, about two or three times, until it is cooked through. Stir with chopsticks until smooth.

5. Roll out the relaxed dough, spread a layer of mochi filling on it, then a layer of red bean paste filling, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and dried fruits.

6. Roll it up from top to bottom, pinch the opening tightly, and place it on the baking tray with the opening facing down.

7. Place in a warm and humid place to ferment until it doubles in size. Sieve flour on the surface for decoration and cut it with a knife according to your preference.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Cover with tin foil during baking to avoid over-baking. After baking, cool naturally and seal for storage.

Work pressure should not be an excuse for us to eat casually. Although cocoa mochi bread is easy to make, you will feel unsatisfied after eating it.
