How to cook pork ribs and potatoes

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of roasting pork ribs and stewing potatoes.

1. Prepare the ribs, two slices of ginger and three pieces of green onion.

2. Put the ribs into a pot of cold water, turn the ribs over a few times after the water boils, take them out and rinse them with cold water.

3. Add water to the pot again and put in the ribs, scallion segments and ginger slices. The water should cover the ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

4. Remove the ribs and drain. (Save the pork ribs soup for cooking noodles)

5. Cut the potatoes into pieces, dice the carrots, cut a slice of ginger and appropriate amount of chopped green onions and slice the garlic.

6. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, then turn to low heat and add rock sugar to turn it into sugar color.

7. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until they are evenly coated with sugar color.

8. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and a few drops of vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add chopped green onion, ginger slices and garlic slices and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add water to cover the ribs, simmer over high heat until it boils, then simmer over medium heat for about half an hour.

11. Add potatoes and carrots and continue stewing.

12. When the soup in the pot is almost dry, add salt and chicken essence to season, then stir-fry quickly to reduce the soup.

13. Serve on a plate.
