5. Sift in the flour. I added it three times. Mix the egg yolk paste like cooking. Don't stir.

8. Beat it like this, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little salt and three drops of white vinegar

9. When the bubbles are very fine, add 1 tablespoon of sugar

10. Finally add 1 tablespoon of sugar

11. Beat it until it is like this, and use a whisk to pick it up so that it can stand up.

12. Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste three times. Do not stir. Mix carefully like you would with egg yolk paste.

14. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, and make sure the entire pan is covered with oil.

15. Turn off the heat, pour the cake batter into the pan, shake it twice to get the air out, and then cover it with a lid.

16. Look carefully, I used the frying function button, set it to 140, and changed it to the keep warm button after two minutes.

17. Use a wet towel to plug the small hole

18. Open the lid after 15 minutes and poke it with a toothpick. If it is dry, it is cooked. If it is wet, it is recommended to turn on the 140 button for another minute and then change to the keep warm button for about 10 minutes.

19. Let’s take a look at the internal structure. It’s very soft.
