Red Velvet Naked Cake Recipe

Red Velvet Naked Cake Recipe

Are you always excited when you see exquisite dishes? Unfortunately, I am not good at making cakes, and time permits. The red velvet naked cake is easy to make and can solve your troubles. The method of making it is not difficult, but it allows you to enjoy the fun of food and the experience brought by the taste.

1. Prepare the ingredients, weigh the flour, and prepare other ingredients

2. Separate the eggs, and put the egg whites and yolks into clean bowls.

3. Beat the egg yolk with an egg beater, add oil and milk and mix well

4. Then sift the low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and red yeast rice powder.

5. Then mix the cake batter evenly without any particles and set it aside

6. Add three drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

7. Beat with an electric whisk at high speed until big bubbles appear, then add sugar at once

8. Beat until there are lines and sharp corners.

9. Then take 1/3 of the egg whites and add them to the cake batter. Stir evenly with a spatula.

10. Pour back into the remaining egg whites and continue to stir evenly.

11. Put it into an 8-inch removable bottom mold, vibrate the bubbles to smooth the surface, and wrap the bottom with tin foil.

12. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, pour a proper amount of water into the baking tray, bake in the middle and lower layers for 50 minutes.

13. After baking, remove from the oven, turn the oven upside down and let it cool before removing from the mold

14. Use this time to whip the whipped cream. Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and pour it into a clean, water-free basin. Add sugar.

15. Take out the ice water basin that has been refrigerated in advance from the refrigerator.

16. Use an electric egg beater with cold water to beat the whipped cream at a low speed. When you feel resistance and see lines when beating it down, and the egg is pulled up with sharp corners, then it is done.

17. Then put the whipped cream into a piping bag for later use (use a 6-tooth piping nozzle)

18. Cut the cake with a knife (use only one layer of cake to reduce the amount of whipped cream and it will not feel greasy when eaten)

19. Then squeeze a circle of lace whipped cream around it

20. Add 6 whipped cream flowers in the middle of the decoration

21. Add fresh strawberries, sprinkle with a little colored sugar needles and powdered sugar, and decorate the beautiful red velvet naked cake.

22. Cut it open and share it with me???, happy birthday???

The method of making red velvet naked cake is extremely simple. You can try to make it at home. It is even more delicious when paired with broth and you can enjoy the beauty of life.
