Stir the starch paste evenly, scoop out an appropriate amount and pour it into the oiled round plate. Put the round plate into a large pot of boiling water, cover the pot and steam for about 1-2 minutes, until you see large bubbles on the dough (prepare another basin with cold water) 15. Peel off the steamed dough along the edge of the round plate and put it in a basin of cold water to cool down (the cold water in the basin should be changed frequently) 16. If you are going to eat it right away, you don’t need to apply oil. Apply oil on the plate. If you are going to put it in the refrigerator, apply appropriate amount of oil on the dough. 17. Prepare all the starch water in turn, stack the dough together, cut into your favorite shapes, and cut the gluten into small pieces. 18. Prepare garlic water (chop the garlic, pour in cold boiled water, and then add a little salt, so you don’t need to add salt when eating cold noodles) and scoop a large spoonful of sesame paste and mix well. 19. Add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil, chili oil, and sesame oil, pour over the cold noodles, sprinkle with chili oil, sesame seeds and chopped green onions, mix well and you can enjoy.
