Preparation method:

1. Cut the frog into small pieces and slurry them with a little soy sauce, water and starch;

3. Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into strips, and chop chili bean paste with a knife;

4. Put a small amount of oil in a pot, add the bean paste after the oil is heated, stir-fry the red oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a few times, add a small amount of water, add a little salt and MSG when the pot boils, then add the green vegetables, remove them after they are cooked and put them in a bowl, slide the frogs that have been marinated into the pot, and put them into the bowl together with the soup after they change color and are cooked;

5. Wash the pot and heat it up. Pour the peppercorns and dried red chili into the pot, stir-fry until crispy, pour them on the chopping board, crush them, and sprinkle them on the cooked frogs.

6. Place a pan on the stove, pour in a small amount of oil, heat it up and pour it over the meat slices.
