How to make Chinese cabbage and shredded pork noodles

1. Wash the pakchoi and drain the water for later use.

2. Boil water in a pot and add hand-kneaded noodles after the water boils.

3. When the noodles are 80% cooked, add the washed Chinese cabbage.

4. Wash the pork and cut into strips.

5. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.

6. After the shredded pork changes color, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, then add a small amount of water.

7. After the shredded meat is colored, add wet starch to thicken, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG and serve.

8. Wash the quail eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and a star anise, fill in clean water and cook.

9. Quail eggs are easy to cook, just 2-3 minutes after the water boils.

10. After cooking, use a spoon to break them up one by one so that the flavor can be absorbed by them. Then use a toothpick dipped in cocoa powder to write words on the quail eggs.
