How to make scallion sesame pork floss bread rolls

7. Let it ferment until it is twice as large. Sprinkle the fermented bread slices with egg liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Bake on the middle layer for twelve minutes.

8. Take the baked bread out of the oven, turn it upside down on the baking rack and remove the baking paper.

9. Remove the baking paper and apply salad dressing.

10. Sprinkle with meat floss and roll up from one side.

11. After rolling, wrap it tightly with baking paper and let it set for 20 minutes.

12. Cut the shaped bread rolls into pieces. I cut six in total. Then spread salad dressing and meat floss on both sides of each bread roll.
