How to make dumplings stuffed with cowpea, pork and carrot

Dumplings stuffed with cowpea, pork and carrot is a common home-cooked dish. It is also very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying will make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. Wash and cut carrots into strips, blanch them in water until they are slightly soft, then remove from the water and drain.

2. Wash the cowpeas and blanch them in water. When they change color and become slightly soft, remove them and drain the water.

3. Chop the cowpea, carrot, pork, green onion and ginger and set aside.

4. Add the chopped vegetables above into cooked oil (use more oil, cowpea eats oil!), thirteen spices, salt, MSG, sesame oil (according to personal taste) and mix well.

5. The dumpling skins are ready (you don’t know how to knead the dough). When you unwrap the dumplings, pinch the skins tightly to prevent the filling from coming out when cooking! Please automatically block the dumpling shape!

6. After wrapping the dumplings, put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot and put the dumplings in. You can add clean water twice in between. Then you can eat it after boiling!

Remember to control the heat when making dumplings with cowpea, pork and carrot fillings, otherwise they will easily stick to the pan and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
