3. Melt the butter in hot water and add it evenly into the biscuits.

5. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft

9. Finally, add yogurt and mix well to make mousse liquid.

10. Take out the biscuit base from the refrigerator and pour all the mousse liquid directly into it.

11. After shaking it flat, place it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours

12. When demolding, wipe the outer periphery with a hot towel first, so that it will be easier to demold.

13. Use a toothpick to draw the shape of the bottle, then use chocolate sauce to frame it.

14. Squeeze a little more cream into the bottle and use a piping nozzle to decorate the pattern around it.
