Cocoa cranberry cake roll recipe

7. Add tartar powder to the egg whites and beat with a whisk at low speed until bubbles appear. Add 25g sugar

10. Pour 1/3 of the egg white paste into the cocoa egg yolk paste

11. After stirring evenly, pour in 2/3 of the egg white paste and continue stirring.

12. Stir evenly, the cocoa cake batter is ready, preheat the oven to 180 degrees

13. Line the mold with baking paper or tin foil, pour the cocoa cake batter into it, and shake it vigorously a few times.

14. Bake at 180 degrees on the upper and lower fire, middle layer, for 20 minutes. After baking, use a toothpick to test the degree of baking. Place the baking net on the mold as shown in the picture, turn it over to remove the mold and baking paper, then use the baking net to turn the cake over and place it on the baking paper, let it cool for later use

15. Make cranberry cream and prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture

16. Whip the cream until it has obvious lines

17. Puree the cranberries, add appropriate amount of sugar according to your taste, pour into the whipped cream, and stir evenly.

18. Spread the cranberry cream on the cake, leaving a little space at the end

19. Start rolling, just like rolling sushi, press the innermost part with your hands or a rolling pin and then roll it. If there is too much butter, ignore it. After rolling it tightly, put it in the refrigerator for an hour to set.

20. Cut into pieces after shaping, pour caramel sauce on top and enjoy.
