11. Preheat the oven to 150° for 10 minutes. When the thermometer shows 150°, put the prepared egg batter into the oven.

12. Bake at 150° for 20 minutes, then 125° for 30 minutes. At this point, it's been about 40 minutes and the thermometer shows 125°

13. After baking, turn it upside down on the baking rack to cool immediately, and remove it from the mold after two hours.
