Rice Cooker Brownie Recipe

Life is stressful nowadays, and many of our friends suffer from various diseases. Some of these diseases are closely related to our daily diet! Therefore, if you want to be healthy, the first step is to eat healthy and delicious food. So let’s learn how to make rice cooker version of brownies with me today!

1. Boil some water in the rice cooker, turn off the power when it is warm, put butter in a small bowl and melt it in hot water

2.1 Stir well

4.1 Prepare eggs and powdered sugar

5.2 Stir the chocolate and butter over hot water until they become a smooth paste.

6.1 Mix the eggs and sugar powder into a uniform mixture

7.2 Beat the eggs and add powdered sugar

8.12 Slowly add to the melted chocolate butter solution

9.21 Continue to mix the sugar egg liquid and chocolate butter evenly

10. Add flour (you can sift it first)

11. Continue to stir all the ingredients into a thick chocolate paste

12. Finally, add roasted walnut kernels (ordinary walnut kernels are also OK if you don’t have the conditions to roast them)

13. The brownie batter can be put into the oven or microwave. Here I am demonstrating the method of using an electric rice cooker. If the quantity is large, you can put a piece of tin foil on the bottom of the pot.

14. Then pour all the paste onto the tin foil and heat it directly. If the amount is small, you can take some paper molds like I did.

15. Pour the brownie solution into the paper mold, cover it, and press the cooking button on the rice cooker.

16. Wait for 8-10 minutes after the button pops up, press the cooking button for the second time, and wait for another 8-10 minutes after the button pops up to complete.

17. Cut up before eating
