How to make cold potato noodles?

Ingredients: soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, cooking wine, chili powder, sesame, white vinegar, garlic, and crushed peanuts

Method introduction

1. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, pepper and other seasonings to the shredded pork, stir well and marinate for five minutes. Wash and cut carrots, purple cabbage and cucumber into shreds.

2. Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt, put in potato flour and cook for two or three minutes, then take out and put in cold boiled water.

3. Take a bowl and put in appropriate amount of sesame seeds and chili powder. Then put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil until it smokes slightly, pour it into the bowl, and finally stir it to make chili oil.

4. Heat the pan again, add appropriate amount of oil, add the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color and set aside.

5. Take out the potato starch, drain it and put it on the bottom of the plate. Then put shredded carrots, purple cabbage and cucumber on the surface in turn, put some minced garlic in the middle, and add appropriate amounts of salt, white vinegar, pepper and other seasonings.

6. Place the fried shredded pork in the center of the dish, then pour the homemade chili oil on it.

7. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top and serve. Just stir evenly when eating.

Tips:

1. The potato flour you buy is usually semi-finished. You need to cook it for two or three minutes and then soak it in cold boiled water. This will make the potato flour taste smoother.

2. You can add any side dishes you want, but it’s best if they are colorful. I also add some shredded pork to make it more nutritious. However, those that cannot be eaten raw must be cooked in advance.
