How to make red bean paste roll bread

1. Expel the air from the fermented dough, divide it into 5 portions, knead it into small round doughs, and ferment it for 15 minutes.

2. Take the fermented dough in the middle, flatten it, and wrap it with 25 grams of red bean paste.

3. Wrap the dough with red bean paste, place it on the chopping board with the seam facing down, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long oval shape.

4. Make 4 vertical cuts on the long oval, but do not cut off the beginning and the end.

5. Tie a single knot on the twisted dough. After shaping all the dough in turn, place it in an environment with a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius and a humidity of more than 80% for final fermentation until the dough becomes twice its original size (about 40 minutes).

6. Lightly brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough

7. Put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface of the bread turns golden brown.
