1. Wash the red beans and soak overnight. Pour a little water into the pot and boil for about 20 minutes, then add brown sugar

2. Cook the red beans over high heat until they are juiced and set aside.

3. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead for 20 minutes.

4. Add the softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading for 20 minutes until the film can be pulled apart.

5. Let the kneaded dough ferment for 60 minutes until it doubles in size.

6. Take out the dough, deflate it, roll it into 9 portions

7. Wrap the red bean paste in each piece

8. Place in an oiled baking tray for secondary fermentation

9. After the second fermentation for 20 minutes, the dough will expand.

10. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the bread for 15 minutes.

11. Remove from oven and let cool

12. It’s ready to eat
