Turn off the heat when you hear crackling sounds in the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Open the lid of the pot, mix the vegetables and rice evenly, don’t rush to eat it. After stirring, open the lid of the pot to let it air dry, so that the water on the surface of the rice can be absorbed. This way, each one will be shiny and glossy.
