Basic bread recipe

1. Put all the ingredients except butter into a bread pan and mix.

2. Add butter after stirring for ten minutes. Stir well after thirty minutes.

3. Ferment until it doubles in size.

4. Remove the exhaust.

5. Divide into three portions and let it rest for fifteen minutes.

6. Take a piece of dough and roll it into the shape of a cow tongue.

7. Fold both sides in half.

8. Roll up from one end.

9. Do this one by one, and put them in the toast box when you are done.

10. Carry out the second fermentation until the toast box is 70% full. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

11. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees, with the lower layer baked for 40 minutes.

12. When the bread is baking, you must notice when it has browned and immediately cover it with tin foil to prevent it from burning. Release
