How to make 6-inch camouflage chiffon cake

1. Prepare ingredients: weigh ingredients

2. Brew cocoa powder and matcha powder with boiling water and let them cool for later use (don’t add too much water, just a little is enough)

3. Separate the egg white and yolk and put them into a water-free and oil-free container.

4. Add milk, cooking oil and sugar to the egg yolk and mix well.

5. Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir evenly with a spatula until there are no particles.

6. Add a little tartar powder to the egg white and beat until it becomes fish-eye state. Add 10g white sugar and continue beating.

7. Add the remaining sugar and beat until the cream is in a creamy state. Turn the container upside down and it will stop flowing.

8. Take out one-third of the egg yolk paste and add the soaked cocoa powder and mix well.

9. Take out half of the remaining egg yolk paste and add the brewed matcha powder and mix well.

10. Divide the beaten egg white into three equal parts and pour them into the three parts of egg yolk paste respectively. Use a spatula to stir evenly (do not make circles to avoid defoaming).

11. Pour the three-color egg batter into the mold alternately, little by little, and don't pour it all in at once.

12. Shake the mold filled with egg batter on the table a few times to remove bubbles.

13. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and bake the mold in the oven for 60 minutes.

14. Take it out after 60 minutes. It may be slightly cracked, but it does not affect consumption.

15. Take out and immediately turn it upside down on the grill to cool

16. After cooling, remove from the mold and eat directly or use it for decoration
