How to make Xiangma Handmade Baked Office Snack Series [Secret Pork Jerky]

Xiangma's hand-baked office snack series [Secret Pork Jerky] is quick and easy to make. It can be cooked in just over ten minutes. It only needs to be steamed and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil fumes.

1. Chop the fresh pork hind leg meat (preferably pure lean meat) into sticky minced meat.

2. Place wax paper that is the same size as the oven on the countertop. Place about 1/4 of the meat filling on the wax paper. Wrap it with plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices.

3. Pour granulated sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper and white wine into the minced meat and stir clockwise until evenly mixed. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs, stirring clockwise as you pour, until the meat filling becomes sticky.

4. Put it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, and bake for 10 minutes. After taking it out, brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the jerky (mix the honey and water in the recipe), then bake in the oven for about 8 minutes. After taking it out, turn the jerky over and brush the other side with honey water. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Take it out and trim it into a rectangle after it cools down.
