How to make raisin rolls

Whether our diet is healthy or not is often directly related to our physical health. If you want to have a good body, you should not be lazy in normal times. 1. Weigh all the ingredients.

2. Add condensed milk, sugar, salt, dry yeast (dissolved in warm water in advance), condensed milk and beaten eggs (leave a little for brushing the dough) into the flour and mix everything well.

3. I hate the sticky feeling, so I always use a soup basin to stir it. After adding butter, the stickiness will be better.

4. Stir until it looks like the picture below, then you can add the butter and rub the flour with your hands.

5. Rub until it has this effect and then it can be fermented. I rubbed it for 50 minutes and it was quite tiring.

6. You can use the oven to ferment. Put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven as shown in the picture. It is hot water. The fermentation time is relatively long. You can change the hot water during the fermentation. I fermented it for more than 3 hours and it was fermented to twice its size (I forgot to take a picture of the fermentation, so just look at it)

7. After fermentation, rub the flour to remove all the bubbles inside, and then divide the flour evenly into 9 parts (be careful not to put too much raw flour to rub, let it stick to your hands, too much will affect the taste of the bread, it will become hard and not soft enough, just put a little bit)

8. Cover with a wet towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. At this time, you can soak the raisins in warm water (the raisins have sand and must be soaked).

9. After it has risen, use a rod to shape it into the following shape, and then use a knife to cut four diagonal lines without cutting it off.

12. After rolling, you can ferment it. Follow the 6 steps to ferment. I fermented it for 2 hours.

13. Let it ferment until it is twice as large. You can compare it. Now comes the important part. Remember to brush a layer of egg liquid on every surface. Remember to brush it!

14. Then put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
