Garlic King Crab

Garlic King Crab

King crab is a type of crab. The nutrients in this king crab are relatively rich. Many people who are weak can eat some seafood to nourish their bodies. In this way, they can nourish their bodies with a lot of protein, amino acids and other ingredients. There are also many ways to cook it. The most common one is garlic king crab.

1. Chop the garlic and set aside.

2. Peel off the crab shell, remove the gills, scrub it clean with a toothbrush, rinse it from head to toe, cut it in half, and place it on a plate.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 50%. Add half of the minced garlic and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and mix with the other half of the minced garlic.

4. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly on the crab, sprinkle some salt, drizzle with peanut oil, and steam it in a pot after the water boils for about 10 minutes.

1. Rinse the crab, drain, chop into pieces, sprinkle with a little salt and mix well.

2. Chop the garlic and green onion.

3. Heat six tablespoons of oil, drain the crab pieces, sprinkle with cornstarch and mix gently. Put it in medium-high heat oil, fry until it turns red, then turn it over and cook for a while.

4. Take out the crab pieces, add the remaining two tablespoons of oil, sauté the minced garlic, add butter and stir-fry until fragrant, return the crab pieces to the wok, add the sauce and minced garlic and mix well.

5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

Steamed Crab

practice:

Place the crab with its back facing down on a plate, and sprinkle salt, MSG and minced ginger evenly on the crab.

Boil water, steam it over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat and steam it for 10 minutes. Generally, steaming it for about 20 minutes is enough. (Because crabs eat rotten things, they need to be steamed for 15 minutes to sterilize them more completely)

When steaming crabs, I usually use vinegar mixed with water and add 2 or 3 drops of seafood soy sauce (ordinary soy sauce will also work) to make the crab dip. Then squeeze some ginger juice and garlic juice into it. [3]

Steamed Lake Crab

practice:

1. Rinse the crabs carefully, put them in a large plate, press them down with a heavy plate, steam them in cold water, and after the water boils, turn to medium heat and steam for about 25 minutes;

2. As shown in the picture above, take a small piece of ginger, cut it into slices, then into strips, and finally into very fine ginger powder;

3. Take a bowl, add minced ginger, 7 tablespoons of rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix well.
