If the sweet potatoes are too dry, add a small amount of milk. If they are too thin, stir-fry them in a pan to evaporate the water. Take out the cake slices and turn them upside down on a piece of wax paper. Let them cool until they are slightly warm, then evenly spread the sweet potato filling on them.

6. Then roll it up slowly with a rolling pin. Make sure to place the end of the cake in the middle of the roll to make it look beautiful. You can also lightly press the bottom of the roll to prevent it from loosening. Finally, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set. Take it out and slice it.
