Ingredients for dumpling filling: 250g pork (preferably with some fat), 200g coriander, 20g chopped green onion, some pepper powder, some vegetable oil, some salt, some soy sauce

1/7 Put the flour into a bowl, add salt, then pour water into it and stir with chopsticks to make flour flocs, then knead it into dough, cover it and let it stand for 20 minutes. When kneading the dough, do not add all the water at once, because the water absorption capacity of each type of dough is different.
