1. Prepare the necessary materials.

2. Sift the low-gluten flour and set aside.

3. Add coconut milk to egg yolks.

4. Add corn oil to the egg yolk.

5. Add the sifted low-gluten flour.

6. Use a manual whisk to make a Z shape and mix well.

7. It is better if there are no lumps or particles.

8. Add a little lemon juice to the egg whites.

9. Use an electric whisk to beat the egg into coarse foam.

10. Add a little white sugar and then add it in batches. Beat into stiff peaks.

11. Turn the beaten egg whites upside down so they do not flow.

12. Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, add it to the egg yolk liquid, and mix well by cutting and mixing.

13. Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and mix well using the cutting and mixing method.

14. Pour the mixed cake batter into the tool (this is the egg batter separator I just bought).

15. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

16. Pour the cake batter into the molds separately.

17. Brush a little oil on the silicone mold.

18. Pour in the cake batter.

19. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees on the middle layer for 20 minutes.
